Thank you for choosing TOPGOLD for your training and professional lash supplies. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Training Courses 🎓

Due to the nature of educational services and digital training materials, all training course payments are final and non-refundable.

Course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are required to secure your spot in the training program.

If a student is unable to attend the scheduled training, the course may be rescheduled once with prior notice, depending on availability.


2. Online Courses đź’»

Online training programs provide access to digital educational content. Once access to training materials or videos has been granted, the purchase becomes non-refundable.


3. Products 🛍️

We accept returns on unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items 📦

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can assist you with a replacement.
